I write this as the rain falls, heavily. Just last week I was in San Diego during a record heat wave – so hot kids were being sent home from school because they couldn’t get the rooms cool enough to be safe! It’s amazing how geography changes just one state away.
I was in San Diego as part of Wedding Week to promote my Bride-to-Be 2 Week Weight Loss Program. San Diego Living had be stop by and make one of my favorite snacks from the book – Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. It was so much fun (even with the heat)!
