Water – Yes, Again, It’s THAT Important!
It’s not a new topic on this website. In fact, I’ve covered it alot! And, I’m covering it again, because it’s that critical to finding your optimal health.
This week on Eat Well to Live Well with Kellie I dedicated the entire radio show to water. Listen here or download it and listen at your convenience. I’ve written general articles like this one about water, explained how much you should drink here, shot a video, discussed coconut water, and what to carry your water in with this forum answer. So, I’m not going to cover anything about water from those previous posts, shows, videos, etc.

Did you really read that book title and what I wrote? Your ailments may need water.
