I’ve been working on this diet plan for over eight months, but I’m finally going to wrap it up. I will be releasing it in early September.
This at-home course will be entirely focused on “Weight Loss using Real Foods”. It will include twelve video modules, an e-book, recipes, monthly support calls, a private Facebook group, additional videos, mp 3 recordings, handouts, weight loss tips, and a 2 day live workshop where participants will dig deeper into all the material, walk away with their own two week meal plan, and learn how to tweak their family favorite recipes to be healthier (without the kids even noticing). It is going to be a complete brain dump of everything I know that has helped my clients succeed at permanent WEIGHT LOSS.
I am going to cover how to lose weight easily and permanently without weight loss pills, nasty tasting shakes, expensive supplements, cardboard-like nutrition bars, or counting every calorie. And, I’m going to show you which foods are the best choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and eating out. This really isn’t a diet – it’s a lifestyle change that is easily sustainable, even for busy moms.
