Today’s the Day! It’s been four years in the making. It’s been almost nine months of intensive work. It’s taken the assistance of hundreds, if not thousands, of people. I’m finally ready to release the Eat Right for Life Plan and the Live Workshop.

This is a two way program to teach you how to lose weight. I’m going to give you everything I have. I’ll instruct you and support you with this weight loss plan, but I’m not your mother / I’m not going to be at your home cooking for you, smacking food out of your hands, or checking you did your homework. You have to do the work. I’ll give you the homework and plenty of time to get it accomplished so you will succeed.
