For long time followers, you may question my first effort being a fat loss program. Boy, I hear you . . . who would have thought? Yet, I realize not everyone can afford the cost or time to work with my individually, but I do want to see everyone find their optimal health. This book is just one step along that path. So, here’s how a fat loss program came into being.

Optimal health is my primary concern with clients. Frequently weight loss and fat loss are part of getting healthier. Sometimes, people just need a “kick-start”. Enter the 2 Week Fat Loss Program. I’ve used it repeatedly with clients to help eliminate gluten, minimize sugars and dairy, decrease weight, increase fat loss, rev up metabolism, etc. And it’s worked every single time! Fat Loss Program – I Don’t Have Enough Time
About a year ago, one of my very busy clients just couldn’t find time to make all the foods in the 2 Week Fat Loss Program. To help her, I substituted a metabolic clearing protein powder shake in place of her two snacks each day. This way she could just add a couple scoops to water, mix it up, and instant snack.
