Cleansing the liver and gallbladder from gallstones is one of the most powerful approaches to improving your health. It is simple to do, taking only a week, with very little disruption of your regular schedule. I gave it a try for the first time last month. The plan involves drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in one cup of water, four times a day for six days. On the sixth day I had a colon hydrotherapy treatment. Then nothing but water after 2 p.m. In the evening, at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. I drank Epsom salt in water – not all that tasty, but I’ve had worse. Next an olive oil/grapefruit juice mix at 10 p.m. and laying down immediately. Lying there perfectly still for 20 minutes without speaking was a great moment for meditation. Sleep. Back to the Epsom salt drink at 6 a.m. & 8 a.m. Fresh pressed fruit juice at 10 a.m., fresh fruit at 10:30 a.m. and light lunch at 11:30 a.m.
The results continue to be amazing!!!! There were fewer gallstones but some were as much as one inch in diameter. There were more tan and white stones which sink. These are calcified gallstones that were released from the gallbladder and contain heavier toxic substances. Incredibly the liver’s self-repair and cleansing responses increased significantly, adding a great deal of effectiveness to this very important organ. I can’t believe how amazing I feel now. It’s like a whole new me has returned. I’ve got tons more energy, a spring in my step, better mental acuity, and a calmer demeanor.
Maybe I’ll do another one after the first of the year. Now that I’ve started cleansing my liver and gallbladder, I’d like to keep going until no stones come out.
