It took six months, but today is the day of truth. I’ve worked through the liver/gallbladder cleanse repeatedly over the last six months. In truth, this round needed to be my last for my own sanity. Luckily my body must have sensed this and the end is finally here.
This round there were only about 12 little tiny green pea shaped pieces of bile. There were no tan stones and a few white stones which sink. These are calcified gallstones that were released from the gallbladder and contain heavier toxic substances. My liver is actually clean! I really was beginning to doubt that it was possible.
Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse Results
More incredible is that I was up and around by 8:30 a.m., out visiting a friend by noon today, with no ill side effects. The first round left me feeling better but tired and drained of energy. By number two I felt amazing. Number three worried me because there were some very large accumulations of bile coming out. Four made me wonder if it would ever be done. Today, I felt a little nausea from not eating but other than that it was a regular work day (although in my sweats since I didn’t go to the office).
Six months ago I was a gallbladder attack waiting to happen with thousands of gallstones and bile that lacked the viscosity to do it’s necessary job. Years of low-fat and non-fat dieting was clearly evident in my system. Now, I’m free and clear of the muck. I feel a new sense of vitality. My skin is clearer and brighter. I feel honored and so fortunate to have been given the opportunity to help my liver and gallbladder function properly. Many people never get that chance and end up having their gallbladders removed.
It was requested that I update some of my thoughts so here it is. I didn’t always like the journey. It wasn’t the easiest thing I’ve ever undertaken. The process was long and arduous. But, the results were amazing! I love how I feel now. In this instance the destination was worth the journey.
