    The Plan helped me define my goals and makes them work for you at a pace that is attainable. I have read and been given advice in the past, that in a perfect world may have worked, but not in my hectic world of full time work and an active daughter and family lifestyle needs to remain flexible.     Plan is working great, thanks. Haven’t strayed once, am always full, love love love the recipes! I have even managed to lose weight. Feel terrific with plenty of energy. We’ve been tracking our grocery bill and are actually saving money. We spend more on the high quality foods but actually eat less and don’t throw anything in the trash so the overall cost at the end of the month is less! Plus I’m down over 35 pounds, off most of my medications, and my doctors are optimistic. I’m saving money all over the place. We are WHOLE FOOD CONVERTS!

    When I started the Plan I weighed in at 286. Following the Eat Right for Life Plan I am happy to say that I am down 60 lbs! I weight 226! Yipee! I have gone from a solid 24/26 to a size 16! I live my life more 90/10 these days finding that healthy choices make me feel a whole lot better than bad choices!
