But there are many recipes, like this quick, easy, and healthy salmon cakes that you can make in about ten minutes. So, no need to get off-track, keep these everyday ingredients in your pantry and you’ll have a meal in minutes.
Salmon Cakes Ingredients:
â€¢ 1 egg
â€¢ 2 Tbs chili paste
â€¢ 1-2 Tbs coconut sugar granules
â€¢ 2 Tbs minced fresh basil or cilantro
â€¢ 1 tsp sesame oil
â€¢ 1 14 oz can wild Alaskan salmon, drained
â€¢ 2 Tbs gluten free rolled oats
â€¢ 1 tsp coconut oil
Salmon Cakes Directions:
1. Mix egg, chili paste, coconut sugar, sesame oil, and fresh herb.
2. Add salmon and oats, mix until well combined.
3. Form into four patties.
4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Add patties and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side.
