How to Lose Weight
I love it when program participants send me their stories. Here’s a great one I wanted to share:

I’m so honored to be able to make a difference in people’s lives by teaching them how to lose weight without a “diet”. I’ve said before – my philosophy is about adding items, not taking them away from your diet.
Learning how to lose weight safely and permanently is about your success, not my bank account. I think that’s where many people are led astray. It’s so interesting that you can join something like Weight Watchers for only $30 sign up fee and then $19 per month but then they’re going to recommend all their special diet foods which end up costing over $700 per month! Now, I’m not picking on Weight Watchers, it’s a great program for many people, but it’s also been an epic failure for many people – that’s because for permanent success you have to have your own personalized plan. I think that’s what everyone trying to lose weight deserves and they should get it without any additional costs.
