Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse
Cleansing the liver and gallbladder from gallstones is one of the most powerful approaches to improving your health. It is simple to do, taking only a week, with very little disruption of your regular schedule. I gave it a try for the first time last month. The plan involves drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in one cup of water, four times a day for six days. On the sixth day I had a colon hydrotherapy treatment. Then nothing but water after 2 p.m. In the evening, at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. I drank Epsom salt in water – not all that tasty, but I’ve had worse. Next an olive oil/grapefruit juice mix at 10 p.m. and laying down immediately. Lying there perfectly still for 20 minutes without speaking was a great moment for meditation. Sleep. Back to the Epsom salt drink at 6 a.m. & 8 a.m. Fresh pressed fruit juice at 10 a.m., fresh fruit at 10:30 a.m. and light lunch at 11:30 a.m.
Liver/Gallbladder Results
The results continue to be amazing!!!! There were fewer gallstones but some were as much as one inch in diameter. There were more tan and white stones which sink. These are calcified gallstones that were released from the gallbladder and contain heavier toxic substances. Incredibly the liver’s self-repair and cleansing responses increased significantly, adding a great deal of effectiveness to this very important organ. I can’t believe how amazing I feel now. It’s like a whole new me has returned. I’ve got tons more energy, a spring in my step, better mental acuity, and a calmer demeanor.
Maybe I’ll do another one after the first of the year. Now that I’ve started cleansing my liver and gallbladder, I’d like to keep going until no stones come out.
UPDATE: To help people with cleansing their beets I’ve produced a couple videos with recipes. Take a look here.

Wow, Kellie. That is amazing. Do you have to do the colon hydrotherapy? And, is it 6 days of fasting? I need to do a cleanse and this sounds like a good option w/ the benefit of getting rid of any gallbladder issues. Thanks!

Hi Laureen,
The colon hydrotherapy is not required but highly recommended so nothing gets stuck in your colon. Plus it makes it great to see the gallstones without any extra fecal matter. The fasting is only on the sixth day after 2 p.m.; I scheduled my colon hydrotherapy at 1 p.m. and then only water until the epsom salt mix in the evening. The rest of the days are business as usual with the exception of taking 1-2 T of apple cider vinegar four times a day. It's pretty easy. Unfortunately I don't have an electronic copy of the cleanse (yet) but I can send you a hard copy via snail mail if you'd like. You can email your address at kellie@therightplan.com

Kellie…at what age should someone consider doing this?
Kellie says
Age isn’t as big a consideration as the person’s diet, their current health, and if they have had any symptoms of gallstones (although this shouldn’t be necessary for children). There are no risks involved if all the directions are followed. But, if not followed carefully unnecessary complications can occur, such as gallstones caught in the colon. If a person has been on a low fat or non-fat diet or the more processed foods, trans fats, and hydrogenated fats, in a person’s diet the more likely the bile has concentrated to create gallstones. If a person has pain between the shoulder blades, under the left shoulder blade, around the liver or gall bladder it is likely a cleanse would reduce the pain, increase energy and clear the mind. I will send you a copy of the full cleanse for you to read.

Is 9.5mm consider a big stone? I was told I have just one and it recently started bothering me once I went on keto diet.
Kellie says
Hi Grace, that is definitely on the larger size for a gall stone. Take care.
