Welcome and thanks for taking a few minutes to learn more about the Eat Right for Life Live Workshop.

This live workshop is amazing.  You will have fun, meet fabulous like-minded people, receive fantastic support for your weight loss goals, customize a two week meal plan just for you and your family, and learn how to tweak your family favorite recipes to be healthier and support your weight loss goals.  No need for deprivation.  No need for radical diet changes.  No need to take weight loss pills, nasty tasting shakes, expensive supplements, cardboard-like nutrition bars, or counting every calorie.

By the end of the Eat Right for Life Live Workshop you’ll have the knowledge, understanding, and practical tips you can use right away to help you lose weight and have more energy.  When you attend the Eat Right for Life Live Workshop you will understand all about real foods and how to use them to lose weight quickly, easily, and healthy.

But, the biggest take away for everyone is their own two week meal plan.  By the end of the weekend you will have your personal binder with individual meals designed to help you lose weight while still loving the food you eat.  Plus, bring your family favorite recipes and we’ll go over how to switch out ingredients so you aren’t necessarily trying new foods, just preparing your family favorites in a healthier way.  As one of my clients put it,
