We eat first with our eyes so make sure that what you’re eating looks like a lot of food. The easiest way to do that is to serve on your salad plate. Make sure you are properly portioning and then fill one quarter of it with your protein source. Load one quarter of it with raw vegetables, like a salad. Pack one quarter of it with cooked vegetables. One quarter for your whole grains. Add a touch of fat. And you have a great meal.
