Diary Intolerance – Make Your Own Nut Milk
Many people will continue to have a dairy intolerance even with raw dairy due to one of the other neurolimbic or biochemical issues. If this is the case, try making your own nut milk. It’s super easy and very cheap.
- Place one cup of raw nuts in a bowl, add 4 cups water and let sit for about 12 hours.
- Put the mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the blended almonds through a cheesecloth.
- Store in the refrigerator and use as you would milk.
Super simple and not added weird ingredients! Perfect help for those with dietary intolerance.
