Strong Diet for Paleo Followers
In my email this morning was a link to the Caveman Diet Blog, an online resource for people interested in following the Paleo diet plans. A reviewer choose my 2 Week Weight Loss Program best selling book as part of his weekly reviews.
Honestly, I was a bit scared to click on the link. My book isn’t designed for any particular diet plans. I’ve never even thought of the book in terms of paleo diet plans. What if he didn’t like it? What if the recipes weren’t compatible with paleo diet plans? What if he harshed on it from a paleo diet plans perspective and then people wouldn’t try it because of the reviews?
It was nerve-wracking as I moved the cursor to the link. What would I find??????
Diet Plan Reviews
I soon understood this was a weekly series of reviews. (More worry on by part – he has REAL knowledge about diet plans!).
I noticed the words “pleasantly surprised” and then “simple delicious!”.
Woo hoo! He likes it – he really, really likes it! (Yes, that totally went through my head as I sighed with relief! I know – vain – but I couldn’t help it!).
The remainder of the review is very nice and I’m really excited for my book to be considered Paleo friendly.
Addressing a Question
One question the reviewer asks and does a nice job of answering is “how many pounds you’ll lose”. He’s accurate that it’s completely dependent on how much you have to lose. He notes that the testimonials indicate a 10-17 pound loss.
I’ll be honest – it’s a book I hope to sell so the best testimonials are the one’s I used. Most people will lose between 7-10 in the two weeks, if they have it to lose. Now you know the answer.
