Business Entrepreneurs Need Focus
Most people know me as the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner that founded The Right Plan and then went through 18 months of health hell . . . heart attacks, by-pass surgery, and a stroke. Yes, I lived to tell the tale, coming back with a vengeance and a mission!
This is what people normally ask me to talk about when they request me as a guest on their podcast or television show. In fact, it may be what defines me now . . . but it isn’t my only definition.
Those that really read my website know I started business career in non-profit, became the youngest female business franchisee in the 7-Eleven system (with 2 stores) and then started in the McDonald’s system spending 10 years as an owner/operator of 3 restaurants. Then, I started The Right Plan. I’ve been an entrepreneur in business for over 20 years!
So, it was refreshing to be asked to speak about my business experience and what has made me successful.
Given the Opportunity to Help Business Entrepreneur
Stephen Woessner records an amazing business podcast called Onward Nation. Stephen’s digital marketing insights have been featured in Inc. Magazine, Forbes, Entrepreneur, and The Washington Post.
And I loved it when he reached out to ask me to talk about business and being an entrepreneur.
As I prepared for the interview I kept asking myself what has made my business successful. It really was pretty simple – good business systems and focus. We were able to really get in-depth during our Onward Nation interview and I’m excited to share a slightly different look into my life . . . or maybe it’s all the same . . . as a business survivor.
