Ok, we’re having some fun with cold-weather foods right now. Broccolini makes a great side dish raw or steamed!
- 1 lb broccolini
- 2 tsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbs pine nuts (or nuts of choice, chopped)
- Fill bottom of steam with 2 inches of water.
- Cut stems and florets of broccolini into about 1/2 inch pieces
- Steam broccolini for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve.
