So let’s whittle your middle this month with the easiest better breakfast recipes / smoothies.
This is what I was out doing in the month of September – National Better Breakfast Month. I created some easy smoothie recipes and visited multiple television stations sharing these smoothie recipes. Just in case you don’t live in one of these television markets I wanted to make sure and share my new favorite smoothie recipes here as well.
Easy recipes are the answer to busy mornings. Getting out the door can be hectic but when trying to stay healthy or lose weight breakfast recipes are critical. These smoothie recipes will have you on your way in minutes. They are tasty enough that kids will love the breakfast recipes and they even sneak in some vegetables (but don’t tell the kids!).
