How to Lose Weight

Diet Questions and Weight Loss
I’m reading some of the same questions repeatedly and I want to address them here:
1. I’m sure your program is great but I’ve tried tons of programs and I never keep the weight off.
That’s because you need to get off the one-size-fits-all diet rollercoaster. Permanent weight loss success happens when you understand where you get your energy from, where you store fat, what types of foods you should eat, what types of foods you crave, and how to overcome those cravings. These are all individual issues. When you eat the foods that are in the best harmony with the needs of your body you will easily lose excess fat and have increased energy. Plus you’ll have reduced appetite, loss of cellulite, less food cravings, improved digestion, and enhanced moods. You can reach your weight loss goals easily by learning how to use real foods that are in balance with your body. We want to work with the body, not against it. That happens when you learn to create your own personalized plan.
2. I can’t do a diet. I don’t have time to make special meals for me AND meals for the family!
Heck, who does? As part of the Eat Right for Life Plan we use your family favorite recipes and we tweak them to be healthier. No need to make multiple meals. Recipes in the program are kid-tested, kid-approved and delicious. And, you learn how to slowly change your family’s taste buds to enjoy the healthier foods. As one participant wrote:

CASE STUDY: After losing over 80 pounds so far, one participant had the confidence to change jobs, change her living arrangement, and change her relationship / all while dealing with a picky 5 year old eater.
